Having 20 durability, low counter damage, and overall slower than other katanas just to be very long isnt worth it, and someone who invests in a corrosive arsenal can cripple you (This can be said about most katanas, though). WebThen there is darkdrift, which requires killing an NPC to get early. It has shield pierce but overall it has way worse scaling because it is uninfusable. They don't have the reach, but they have better movesets and better scaling. Becuase its a Sephiroth cosplay..
