Most of the stress-strain relationship data were given in detail up to a 1.5 percent strain. The breaking load was given for all specimens with ultimate elongation. Fig. 3 shows the results of the 28 tests conducted by the authors. The testing setup produced full stress-strain dia grams and no extrapolation had to be made.
